A:   24-7, we never close.  We think your security is a 24 hour a day job.

Q:   Why is a local Central Station important?

A:  Local monitoring insures quicker response and one that is more knowledgeable about community law enforcement.

Q:   Why should I have a monitored Alarm System?

A:  A monitored system insures that there will be a response to your alarm signal.

Q:  Are you licensed?

A:  Yes.  We have a C-10 Electrical Contractor license #806720, Private Patrol Operators (PPO) license #6607 and Alarm Company Qualified Manager license #ACO489.

Q:  Do you have emergency assistance?

A:  Yes.  All of our business activities include the provision of after hours support be it a Technician or a Security Officer that you need.

Q:  Do you have Liability Insurance?

A:  Yes.  Dial carriers a $4,000,000.00 policy.  Customers may be listed as an Additional Insured if required.  A fee is charged for that listing.

Q:  Do have a Worker's Compensation Insurance Policy?

A:  Yes.  State Compensation Insurance Company is our carrier.
