Q:  Are there any costs in switching to Dial Long Distance (DLD)?

A:  None.  If your local carrier DOES charge you a fee, DLD will credit the full amount.

Q:  Who does the billing for the long distance services?

A:  DLD prints it's own invoices and mails them at the end of each month.

Q:  Who handles the customer service?

A:  We do at our corporate offices in Camarillo, California.  24 hours/day 7 days/week you'll get a live person to answer any questions that you may have.

Q:  Can I get the low rates on my 800 number?

A:  Yes.  The same low rates apply for 1+ as well as for 800 numbers.

Q:  I don't have an 800 number.  How do I get one?

A:  Call us and we'll give you one with no installation charge or monthly fees.  If your current carrier charges you a monthly fee we can take over the billing, give you a lower rate and waive the monthly fees.

Q:  How long does it take to switch to DLD?

A:  It only takes 2 to 3 business days.

Q:  Can I cancel at any time?

A:  Yes.  You can cancel at anytime with no penalties.
