Quality service is what keeps our customers coming back time and again.  All of our staff and technicians understand that your time is valuable.  We strive to diagnose radios in need of repairs the same day that they are received.  Our typical turn around time on a unit for repair averages under one week.  The point is that if we have your radio then it is not working for you.  And if your radio is not working then it is not saving you any time or money.

Our service department will keep you informed on the status of your radios repair and notify you as soon as the repairs are completed.  Estimates on repiars are FREE!  Bench Rates vary by shop so please call the office nearest to you for information.

Often times a service repair must be done in the field at the customers location.  We can send a technician to you anywhere in southern California at any time of the day or week.  Emergency 24 / 7 service is available although the rates charged will be at time and one-half and vary by shop.  Trip charges are always calculated as being from the dispatching service shop and to the customer round trip.  Standard field service is Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with standard rates applying.
